Sandra Fritzsch RN/JD
Lead Consultant/ Founder
Registered Nurse and Juris Doctor with almost 45 years of experience in the healthcare industry. My journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College, an Associate's Degree from Central State University, a Nursing Diploma from Community Hospital of Springfield, and a Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase. I've been a licensed Nurse since 1976 and a licensed Attorney in Ohio since 1994.

I worked with leading healthcare companies like Home Dialysis of America, Everest Healthcare Inc., Fresenius Medical Care, Wellbound Inc., and Renal Ventures Management. Since 2005, my consulting firm, Echo G, has helped nephrologists with practice and dialysis management, becoming a trusted name in the Nephrology Industry.

Nicole Johansson, JD

Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for Finance with a Minor in International Business/Marketing, cum laude, from the University of Dayton. She received her Masters in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University. Nicole is a member of the Florida State Bar Association and Palm Beach County Association since 2015.

She has managed internal operations for multiple independent dialysis centers. She is an expert in financial analysis/legal affairs and navigates our company for success through tailor-made policies, financial matters, and legal compliance.
